1. About AlbumLane and Roveniq
AlbumLane: Photo Organizer is provided by Roveniq, a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak). Our registered address is Kasteellaan 57, 5141 BM Waalwijk, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 42154008. VAT ID: NL005539931B52. For privacy questions, contact info@roveniq.nl.
2. No accounts, tracking or cloud uploads
AlbumLane requires no account and contains no advertisements, analytics, tracking or cloud uploads. Roveniq does not collect, receive, sell or share your photos, videos, album information or sorting behaviour. AlbumLane processes this information locally on your Android device.
3. Access to photos and videos
AlbumLane needs broad photo and video access because managing complete local albums is its core functionality. This access lets you review and organise media across your local albums or a camera month. It does not upload your media to Roveniq or a cloud service.
4. You review changes before saving
While you sort, AlbumLane does not change any original photo or video. Your choices are a draft. Changes to originals happen only after you review the queued actions in Review, choose Save (Opslaan), and provide Android approval where required. Before saving, you can revise your choices and destinations.
5. Information stored on your device
Draft sessions, media references, sorting paths and reviewed history are stored only locally on your device. They support your current sorting session and help you see what you have already reviewed. They are not sent to Roveniq.
Reviewed history is removed when you reset it, clear the app's data or uninstall AlbumLane.
6. Recently Deleted and private recovery copies
When you delete an item through AlbumLane, AlbumLane Recently Deleted keeps an app-private recovery copy for a maximum of 30 days. This is not a shared gallery album. The recovery copy remains on your device and is not provided to Roveniq.
Remaining private recovery copies are also deleted when you uninstall AlbumLane. Do not rely on Recently Deleted as a permanent backup.
7. Actions that open another app
Support, Privacy, Share and Rate actions are handed over to another app you choose, such as an email app, browser or Google Play, only at your request. Any information you deliberately share through that chosen app is handled by that service under its own privacy practices.
If you email Roveniq for support, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. This is separate from AlbumLane's local media processing. See Privacy bij contact for how support correspondence is handled.
8. Children
AlbumLane is not directed at children under 13.
9. This privacy and support website
The privacy and support pages use local assets and no marketing pixels, analytics, external fonts or tracking. You can read this policy without an account, a popup or downloading a file.
